
Discover the art of wire-wrapping while crafting a symbolic Celtic cross pendant at Dogwood Exchange, 4950 Hwy 127 S Crossville, TN on Saturday, August 16th from 1-4 CST.
Susan Smathers will be teaching this hands-on class which blends jewelry-making techniques with rich cultural design, guiding you through the creation of a stunning wire-wrapped piece inspired by ancient Celtic motifs.
Participants will learn how to use wire to construct a balanced cross frame and will add a bead of their choice to the center of the pendant. A chasing hammer will be used on the wire cross pendant to add texture.
The instructor will provide all supplies including tools, wire, beads, and cords. Students are welcome to bring their own tools if they own some.
The fee for this class is $40 and is limited to 6 students.
