"Somewhere Over the Rainbow" Decoupage Paper

Bold, moody, and unapologetically expressive.

Our newest special release is nostalgic with a rebellious twist. This vibrant design was inspired by Kansas and features Dorothy’s unmistakable red, sparkly heels, a wand in hand, and an unexpected Oz tattoo! This design is layered over the original Wizard of Oz screenplay cover. Colorful, whimsical, and unexpectedly edgy, this is Dorothy reimagined for the modern maker.

Dorothy invites you to create outside the lines. Add your own layers, lean into the color, or push it even further with foils or mixed media details. Perfect for statement décor, bold furniture accents, journals, and projects that deserve personality and attitude.

Familiar… but not the Dorothy from your childhood.
This is a piece for creators who love a little magic with an edge.
