If you are Gluten Free and missing sourdough bread? This is the class for you!
Monica Jensen will be teaching a GF sourdough bread starter class at Dogwood Exchange on Saturday, June 8th from 1-3 CST.
In this class you will build and take home your very own GF sourdough starter- as well as watch a demo on how to make a sourdough loaf - and enjoy a slice! (*not made in a dedicated GF kitchen, but we are very careful to maintain a GF environment when working with our GF starter to avoid cross contamination)
Students will learn how to keep their very own starter fed with GF flour.
The starter will be made with King Arthur measure for measure flour. Students are also welcome to bring their flour of choice.
The fee for this class is $40 with a $5 material fee due to the instructor at the time of the class.

-This class must meet a minimum attendees. If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
-You can cancel up to 7 days prior to the initial class and receive a full refund.
-No refunds will be issued less than 7 days prior unless we can fill your spot.
